The baseball world suffered a huge loss recently with the passing of Hall of Famer Bob Gibson. The legendary St. Louis Cardinals pitcher was an intimidating figure on the mound in the 1960’s and was a 9-time all-star, 2-time Cy Young winner, and helped St. Louis to two World Series titles. His best year was in 1968 when he had a 22-9 record and a 1.12 ERA in leading the Cards to the World Series where they lost to the Tigers in a classic seven-game series. This bi-fold wallet features sections of a burgundy-colored Spalding Bob Gibson Autograph Model 1960’s fielder’s glove. The outer panels are stitched to the wallet’s black cowhide spine; the Gibson signature stamp was in the palm of the glove which showed a lot of wear. There are four interior card pockets made of beautiful waxy dark brown horsehide which are stitched to the bill compartment panel of black pebbled cowhide. Folded dimensions of the wallet are 3 ½” x 4 3/8”. Take a look at all the pictures and enjoy!
