Gloves are very hard to pinpoint as to their real age. We the style and construction do tell us that this glove was made in 1940's to the early 1950"s when a lot of glove development was happening. We used the majority of the inside of this glove in one piece and created a wallet that remains a mostly intact glove. There were no discernible names or marks, but this glove is a good exmaple of baseball gloves of this era. Red baseball stitches bring the fingers together. The inside has more glove leather to form five top / side load card pockets as well as the very deep cash compartment. It measures 5" by 3.75" for a wallet that would make a great rear pocket or jacket type of wallet. I'll guarantee that no one else will every have a glove wallet like this one.
